EFFECTIVE: 08/31/2026

What ViralRx Marketing is — and is not.

This Disclaimer applies to viralrxmarketing.com and to the services of Viral Rx Marketing LLC ("ViralRx," "we"). It works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. We Are a Marketing Agency — Nothing More

Despite the "Rx" in our name, ViralRx Marketing is a business-to-business advertising agency. We are not a pharmacy, clinic, laboratory, telehealth platform, or healthcare provider of any kind. We do not practice medicine, and we do not prescribe, dispense, sell, diagnose, or treat any medication, treatment, or condition.

2. No Medical Advice; No Provider–Patient Relationship

Everything on this site is general information for business audiences about Google Ads and marketing. It is not medical advice, and reading it, booking a strategy call, or working with us does not create a doctor–patient or any other clinical relationship. If you are a patient or consumer looking for care or medication, contact a licensed healthcare provider or pharmacy. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

3. Client Products, Services, and Claims

We provide advertising services to independent telehealth and online pharmacy businesses. We do not test, evaluate, verify, or endorse our clients' products or services, and we make no treatment claims of our own. Statements about a client's products — including any health, efficacy, safety, pricing, or outcome claims — originate with, and remain the responsibility of, the client making them, including where those statements appear in ad copy or landing-page language we drafted from client-provided information and the client approved. Our production of advertising is not an endorsement.

4. Regulatory Compliance Belongs to Each Client

Each client is solely responsible for its own legal and regulatory compliance — including FDA requirements for its products and claims, FTC advertising and endorsement rules, HIPAA, DEA and state rules for prescribing and dispensing, state telehealth, medical, and pharmacy board requirements, professional licensure, and platform certifications such as LegitScript. We do not provide legal, medical, pharmacy, or regulatory compliance advice. Policy-aware suggestions in our work are practical marketing input, not legal advice, and are no substitute for a client's own qualified counsel.

5. Results, Screenshots, and Performance

The results shown on this site are real screenshots from Google Ads accounts managed by our team, presented in aggregate with client names withheld for confidentiality. They illustrate experience — they are not promises. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Outcomes depend on offer strength, funnel conversion, tracking quality, compliance status, market demand, and unit economics. We do not guarantee ROAS, CAC, revenue, or growth, and no one can guarantee that Google will approve ads, products, feeds, or accounts — approval decisions are always Google's.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Links

Google's advertising and Merchant Center policies, and other third-party terms we reference, change without notice and are outside our control. Links to third-party sites and tools are provided for convenience; their content, availability, and practices are their own.

7. Site Content "As Is"

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but content may contain errors or become outdated, and we may change or remove it at any time without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

8. Relationship to the Terms of Service

For clients, the Terms of Service — including its warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability — govern the engagement. If this Disclaimer conflicts with the Terms of Service or a signed agreement, that document controls.
